Guided Tours: Welcome to Graziani's Candle Factory!

Starting from May 13, 2025, Cereria Graziani opens its factory doors to visitors, offering the opportunity to explore the production departments and witness firsthand the artisanal candle-making processes, with craftsmen and workers in action!

The guided tours, lasting approximately one hour and led by a qualified expert, allow you to observe the machinery in operation and the artisans at work. Tours are available in Italian or English.

For safety reasons, only groups of 2 to 8 people are accepted, including up to 2 children under the age of 14.

Reservation is mandatory!

HOW TO BOOK

You can book your spot by calling +39 0586 421421 or by sending an email to visite@candleoutlet.it, providing:

  • Full name

  • Number of participants (specifying adults and children)

  • Preferred date and time slot

  • Contact phone number (preferably a mobile)

Your reservation will be confirmed only after the CandleOutlet staff verifies availability.

Friday afternoons: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

COST OF THE GUIDED TOUR

€5 per person (free for children under 14)

A 10% discount is available on in-store purchases made on the day of the visit!

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour at CandleOutlet, Graziani’s candle shop located adjacent to the production departments.

RESPECTING SAFETY REGULATIONS IN THE FACTORY IS ESSENTIAL

To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Wear appropriate clothing, avoiding garments that may get caught or hinder movement.

  • Closed-toe shoes without high heels are required.

  • High-visibility vests, provided at the start of the tour, must be worn.

  • Stay close to the guide and follow their instructions.

  • Do not touch materials or machinery without explicit permission from your guide.

  • Running is prohibited at all times, even in emergencies.

  • Children must be held by the hand.

  • Smoking, eating, or drinking during the tour is not allowed.

The guide or responsible staff may interrupt the tour or ask individuals to leave if deemed necessary.
